This new branch introduced the Y's first "YMCA Family Hub," an interactive experience where kids and adults alike can scale climbing walls, surf the net, or explore science exhibits.

• The 75,328 GSF "Y" has a family leisure pool with zero-depth entry, a vortex and slide, a family recreation gym, state-of-the-art health and fitness center, and a licensed preschool. The 9,600SF day-care center has a separate entrance and drop off area.
• Careful site planning makes it a good neighbor. Nestled into the hillside, its low south profile is buffered by meticulously preserved mature trees. The building's plan forms a sunny, south-facing play yard for day-care children.
