Architect Marcus Adrian was invited to present at at Capitol Hill briefing on “Classroom Noise and Acoustics: The Unseen Barriers to Learning.” The discussion highlighted the impact of reduced noise and good acoustics on academic performance in schools. He was able to showcase the Central Institute for the Deaf which features some of the best acoustical design in the nation.
