Ryan Hall at the University of Notre Dame received LEED Gold certification from the USGBC. After completing a master plan for the University of Notre Dame’s student housing, MMA designed the 248-bed women’s residence hall. Nearly 80 percent of Notre Dame’s students live on campus and build an enduring sense of community.
To achieve Gold status, the design and construction team employed sustainable practices from diverting waste from landfills to reducing light pollution.
