Progress continues on the renovation of the Cupples 9 building—the future home of Mackey Mitchell Architects. Located at 914 Spruce Street, one block west of Busch Stadium, the historic Cupples 9 building will be ready for the anticipated move-in date of December 1, 2012.

After a 24-year stint at the Mackey Mitchell-designed Power House near  St. Louis Union Station, the firm will be leasing approximately 11,000sf  on the fith floor of Cupples 9. The space will be modern yet maintain the building’s historic character with 12′-high ceilings, large windows, exposed brick walls,and huge wood beams. Plans are to adopt a new bench-style seating arrangement. Our mission: to enhance the physical design of our office to foster a culture of communication, creativity, and collaboration while being good stewards of our own resources.
