On Thursday, September 26, Mackey Mitchell principal John Burse, along with Nate Sprehe of Almanac, will be talking about the design and evolution of an innovative restaurant concept called the Bistro Box, from its selection as a winner in the Sustainable Land Lab Competition to plans for making it a reality.
This is one of many inspirational stories to be presented at the Contemporary Art Museum as part of PechaKucha Night a concept devised in Tokyo in 2003 as a venue for young designers to meet, network, and introduce their work to the public in a fast-paced slide show.
