The “South 40 House” at Washington University in St. Louis has been named one of the  country’s most luxurious residence halls. The St. Louis Business Journal cited “Best College Values,” which ranked WU at number 16 of 30 residence halls across the nation.

Modeled after European streetscapes, the project features a servery with individually themed restaurants, retail shops, a fitness center, student activity spaces, outdoor dining and a chef’s kitchen located under a green roof. Washington University’s South 40 House scored higher than similar res halls at University of California-Berkeley and NYU, among others.
